Located in Palm Lutheran Church @ 11 W Cherry St., Palmyra. Use the Railroad St. entrance to enter the building. There is a sign on the door.
We will be open after school, Monday through Friday, until 5pm on regular school days.*

Registration
To register your student, please fill out our Registration Form and return it to Phoenix Youth Center during operating hours, Palmyra Public Library, or cweibley@lclibs.org. For more information, please see the About Us section of our Website. Please review our Rules of Conduct before attending Phoenix Youth Center.
